Shipping Policy

GENERAL CONDITIONS

IndiArts is pleased to offer for all Canada and USA addresses a flat rate of $5.00 for standard shipping in all jewelry and Facemasks purchases (No tracking number given). For every other product we offer a $10.00 shipping rate for standard shipping on a purchase of CAD $99 or less. All purchases of CAD $100 or more get FREE SHIPPING (exception hammock chairs and wholesale sales).

We also offer a CAD $15 flat rate for selected countries.  

At online checkout, you will be prompted to choose your desired shipping method for your shipment(s). Each shipping method chosen has its own restrictions and charges that will be automatically-applied to your order. As you update your shipping method, your order total will also adjust accordingly.

Order Processing: Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

 

RULES & RESTRICTIONS

  • Orders ship only on business days, which are Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays). 
  • All orders are shipped through Canada Post within Canada.
  • Shipping promotions are only valid for orders shipped to Canadian & USA addresses. 
  • We are currently unable to ship to some countries. Sorry!
  • Shipping estimates do not include processing time (between 1 to 3 business days).

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Due to a large increase in shipping volume at Canada Post, we are experiencing delays in delivery time and how soon tracking information is updated.

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is as below (note, business days counts Monday- Friday):

Vancouver 2-4 business days

Quebec & Ontario 6-10 business days

USA 6-10 business days

International 2-6 weeks

 

Please note:

  • Orders placed before 1 PM PST will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please make sure you check your spam folder in the event you have not received it in your inbox.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Tracking number only for large packages.
