Warranty & Repair
We are committed to offer products that reflect quality, authenticity, and durability. This is why we only use high-quality materials in manufacturing our products along with the great care of our artisans who carefully handcraft each product. Additionally, to ensure the durability of our products we also offer product care tips for each of our products.
However, as these items are handcrafted there is always a chance that they may come with defects in material or workmanship. If this is the case, Indiarts ltd. will replace or repair the item at their discretion. We do not take responsibility for a product being damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect of care.
Indiarts ltd. is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping and cannot replace parcels lost during shipment unless the clients has used of a shipping option with tracking number. In this case, we are happy to assist in tracking your shipment and keeping you updated on its status.
Original proof of purchase is required in all cases!
Total customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to our shipping address within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, gift card or full refund.
All returns must be in the same condition as when the product was purchased and must be accompanied with the original proof of purchase or printed copy of the receipt/invoice, the original tags attached, as well as the product’s original packaging.
Refunds with no available receipt will be exchanged for a gift certificate as per the last ticketed price.
Refunds are issued in the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Delivery costs, credit card charges, bank fees and shipping fees are non-refundable!
Exchanges are based on availability of the product. In the case that a product is no longer available, it can be exchanged at Indiarts' discretion for a similar item of the same purchase paid price. Exchanges for a higher value item(s) are based on the customer's' agreement to pay the price difference.
